Meet your provider

Claudia Mopecha

Claudia Mopecha, MSN, FNP-C, RN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in nursing across pulmonary care, behavioral health, and post-acute settings. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and improving overall quality of life.

Claudia is known for her compassionate, attentive approach—taking the time to thoroughly assess each patient, educate them on their condition, and create personalized treatment plans. Her clinical experience includes managing complex respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD, as well as supporting patients with diverse medical and behavioral health needs.

She is dedicated to delivering evidence-based care while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and the best possible outcomes. Claudia is passionate about building trusting relationships and helping patients feel supported, informed, and confident in their care.
